GETTING AROUND AMSTERDAM

Amsterdam is the capital of the Netherlands. It is a busy city. There are over 700,000 people and millions of tourists come here, too. So, how do they get around this busy city? 

Amsterdam isn't a good city for cars. Luckily, there are other ways to get around. There are trams, trains, and ferries, too. The trams aren't expensive but they are usually really crowded. The best and cheap way to travel around this city is on a bike. It is a good city for cycling. There aren't any hills and there are lots of cycle paths. The Dutch love bikes and use them every day. There are more than 500,000 bikes in Amsterdam. It's a great way to see this amazing city.
