My name is Sophie. I'm a family doctor. So I work a lot.

I get up very early, at 5:30, because I start work at 7:00 o'clock. I always want to sleep in the morning. I have a shower, eat an egg for breakfast, and have a cup of coffee before I leave for work.

I have lunch at 11:00 o'clock. I usually eat salad or a sandwich for lunch because I don't have much time.

I finish work at three o'clock but I often work late because I've got a lot of patients.

I usually come home at 5:15 or 5:30. I don't do much because I'm usually very tired after work. I have dinner at six. I eat pasta with meat or fish with rice and I always eat a lot of vegetables. In the evening I read a book, talk to my friends on the phone, surf the net or watch TV.

I go to bed very early, at 9:00 o'clock. If I don't do that, I can't get up the next morning. 

At the weekend I sometimes work, too. I hate that.
